a mentorship experience designed to support dancers beyond choreography and technique.

While movement is what we see on stage, the mindset behind the movement is what shapes confidence, performance quality, creativity, and longevity in the dance industry.

This program focuses on the internal tools dancers need to grow — mentally, artistically, and professionally.

What is Momentum Mindset?

Momentum Mindset is a mentorship platform designed to help dancers strengthen the connection between their mind, body, and performance.

While technique and choreography are important, the most powerful dancers understand that movement starts in the mind. Confidence, presence, artistry, and growth all come from the internal work dancers do with themselves.

Momentum Mindset focuses on building that internal foundation. Through mentorship, guidance, and intentional training, dancers develop the mindset tools that support stronger performance, creative expression, and long-term success in dance.

Because when dancers build the mind behind the movement, everything else begins to evolve.

Who is Momentum Mindset for?

Momentum Mindset is designed for dancers, teachers, performers, and artists who want to strengthen the connection between their mindset and their movement. While many of the conversations and mentorship topics resonate deeply with dancers pursuing serious training, performance, or professional growth, this work is not limited to one level or age. Anyone who is committed to growing, willing to do the internal work, and ready to approach their craft with discipline and curiosity can benefit from this mentorship. Whether you are just beginning your dance journey or have years of experience, Momentum Mindset is for those who are ready to work hard, stay open, and continue evolving both as a dancer and as a person.

Where is Momentum Mindset held?

Momentum Mindset is based in Reno, Nevada, and mentorship sessions can take place in a variety of environments depending on what we are working on. While many sessions happen in dance studios or gyms, we may also meet in a coffee shop, outdoor park, or another comfortable space that supports conversation and reflection. Although this mentorship is dance-forward, the work goes beyond physical training. Some sessions may include journaling, mindset exercises, or guided conversations designed to strengthen the mental side of performance — training the mind just as intentionally as we train the body. While in-person sessions are ideal and highly encouraged for dancers in the Northern Nevada area, virtual mentorship through Zoom or FaceTime is also available for those who live outside the area or have busy schedules.
