Originally from Las Vegas, NV, her passion for movement began at the age of eight and has since grown into a career dedicated to developing confident, versatile, and expressive artists.

Sierra currently serves as a hip hop instructor within the University of Nevada, Reno’s Dance Theatre program, while also teaching at studios across Northern Nevada. Her work spans choreography for competitive teams, live performances, creative productions, and personalized one-on-one training. Known for her ability to connect with dancers of all ages and levels, she creates environments that are both challenging and deeply supportive.

Her foundation in hip hop is complemented by extensive training in contemporary, jazz, and heels, allowing her to bring a well-rounded and intentional approach to both technique and performance. Sierra’s choreography has been featured in competitions, stage productions, and community showcases, with a focus on storytelling, musicality, and authenticity.

Beyond the studio, Sierra is the founder of Momentum Mindset, a mentorship program designed to help dancers grow not only in their craft, but in confidence, discipline, and self-belief. She is a strong advocate for dance as both a sport and an art form, and is passionate about creating spaces where dancers feel empowered to take risks, grow through challenges, and step fully into their potential.

Sierra’s work is rooted in connection, creativity, and purpose. Whether she is teaching a class, choreographing a piece, or mentoring an individual, her goal remains the same: to inspire growth, build confidence, and bring every dancer’s vision to life.
